Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Claims Engineer to join our team at AA Metals Inc. in Orlando, FL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, claims management, and technical customer service within the metals industry.

Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations into quality-related claims for metal products, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Coordinate with producers, suppliers, and internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Prioritize claims based on severity, business impact, and customer needs.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Develop and present detailed technical reports outlining investigation findings and proposed solutions.
  • Implement corrective actions that address root causes of defects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials Science, or related field).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality control, claims management, or technical customer service within the metals industry.
  • Knowledge in root cause analysis and claims resolution methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of metal production processes and quality testing methods.
