Job Summary

At State Farm Insurance, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their insurance needs, providing accurate and timely information to ensure they have a clear understanding of their policies.
  • Process policy changes and updates in our system, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing any potential issues.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims, addressing their concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction, promoting a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, updating information as needed to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving problems in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Stay current with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and needs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company, consistently delivering high-quality results.

About You

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to efficiently address customer concerns and find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or a related discipline.
