Job Description

As a Business Center Assistant Manager at PNC, you will be responsible for the operational soundness of the branch and team, ensuring the maintenance of security procedures, audit controls, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will manage service and operational aspects of a Branch & Business Center branch, building a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of branch employees to achieve performance and activity expectations.
  • Lead the performance management process for direct reports.
  • Responsible for the Branch & Business Center risk process through proper oversight and adherence to regulatory, security, and audit requirements.
  • Train and coach team members with operational/risk activities and monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Exercise sound decision-making to identify and mitigate potential risk.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in banking or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to assess and manage risk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
