Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Professional to join our team at Surge Staffing. As a Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children enrolled in our childcare program.

You will work closely with teaching staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children on a one-to-one, small group, or large group basis.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records, including but not limited to attendance, meals, and observations of children.
  • Serve meals to children ensuring dietary restrictions and safety for allergies are followed.
  • Immediately report and concern regarding child abuse/neglect in accordance with service area policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • AAS degree with Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
