Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Program

At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that offers excellence in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily support to the unit leadership and respond appropriately to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice
* Use nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities necessary to deliver quality direct resident care and make decisions promoting the safety and quality of direct care to residents
* Perform and administer standard nursing treatments and/or medications and observe residents for desired or unwanted effects
* Communicate and collaborate with the care team to revise or update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings, including lab/test results, incidents, and/or concerns
Requirements
* Graduate of an approved school of nursing
* Current license in good standing in New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
* Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care
* Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and optimal resident health
* Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, and sometimes challenging residents
* Have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
* Work well under pressure and willing to work harmoniously with all staff
