Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Maintain plumbing systems.
  • Inspect and service HVAC systems.
  • Painting, drywall repair, and carpentry duties.
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • At least 5 years of building maintenance experience.
  • Certified Preventive Operations (CPO) certification preferred.
  • Special boiler's license preferred.
  • A commitment to quality in work.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

">
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday through Friday.
  • On-call rotation is 1 week every 5-6 weeks when needed.
  • Hours between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Usually 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
