Billing Specialist

This position acts as a billing liaison between clients, field personnel, the administrative team, and our corporate headquarters to ensure that all billing tasks are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create weekly Time-Material and Unit invoices for our clients utilizing multiple templates in Excel and other formats.
- Enter all billing information into various software platforms.
- Reconcile client payments and open Accounts Receivable Reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to pay close attention to details and identify/correct mistakes.
- Commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability, and collaboration.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks.
- Fast learner.
- Must be detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in billing and/or accounting.
