We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group.

About the Role:

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, determining their vehicle needs, and educating them on our product line options.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and technology to customers, conduct test drives, and provide facility tours.
  • Work closely with salespersons to achieve sales targets, maintain CSI scores, and support the sales team as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area, participate in required training, and record hours worked accurately.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales and/or customer service experience is desired, along with a valid driver's license and basic computer skills.
  • Able to learn web-based applications for customer management and read/comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
