Famous Supply, a wholesale distributor committed to serving contractors and builders, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Plumbing Quotations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating daily tasks related to the takeoff of plumbing fixtures, equipment, and drainage material lists from Blueprint Drawings, Schedules, Specifications, and other Contractor-provided documents. As a key member of our Quotations Team, you will be responsible for managing multiple ongoing projects, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate pricing information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily task and project time management for multiple ongoing projects
  • Regular communication with the Quotations Team, Inside Sales Associates, and Plumbing Contractors/Estimators
  • Obtaining special project pricing documents from vendors and sales representatives
  • Maintaining relationships with external team members
  • Collaborating with our Pricing and Buying groups to update new products and pricing matrices
  • Creating and managing project bid files for assigned projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Blueprints and Project Specifications
  • Effective time management in high-pressure situations
  • Student mentality with a willingness to learn and grow within the team
