About the Role

The Medical Assistant I plays a vital role in our team-based environment, providing administrative support and patient care services while promoting a smooth flow of patients through our office. Working under the license of a provider, this role functions as a key member of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient care and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

  • Perform clinical and administrative duties, adhering to our high standards of care and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our patients' needs, providing personalized support and care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assisting program or relevant experience preferred.
  • Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT certification preferred or achieved within 1 year of eligibility.
  • Current BLS certification within 3 months of hire required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
