Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, promoting effective communication and language skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of employment.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
