Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

What You'll Do
As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for Haus customers. You will be responsible for managing the initial setup and training of our customers, creating training videos and materials, and establishing processes to improve and scale the onboarding process. Your attention to detail, personability, and ability to explain technical solutions will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Data Engineering and Data Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Working closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition between the Sales process and post-onboarding lifecycle
- Conducting training sessions with customers and building training videos and materials as needed
- Establishing processes and playbooks to improve and scale the onboarding process
- Own documentation around onboarding and ensuring it's maintained and up to date
- Identifying automation and efficiency improvements and working with cross-functional teams to drive these initiatives to completion
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Customer Success, or Project Management. You should have a demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Understanding of paid marketing and/or analytics is a plus. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and be scrappy and resourceful in finding solutions to keep our customers happy.

Salary ranges are determined by role and level, and within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
