**Job Description:** As a Regional Business Leader, you will be responsible for managing regional sales, marketing, and business development activities. You will also oversee the management of offices and satellite districts throughout the region, delivering strong sales results.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Recruiting, training, managing, and developing new managers and agents
- Managing regional sales, marketing, and business development activities
- Managing offices and satellite districts throughout the region
- Delivering strong sales results

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance products, including Life Insurance and Financial Planning
- 4+ years of insurance management experience
- Experience in recruiting, training, managing, and motivating a high-performance sales team
- Active Life/Health license for the state
- Series 7, 24 preferred or at least within six months
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good credit history
