**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Clerical Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile all accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Assist with budget preparation and management
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three years' experience in a clerical/bookkeeping position preferred
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping methods and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
