About the Role

As a Senior Toolmaker at SaniSure LLC, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing complex tools, molds, and dies for our cutting-edge bioprocessing solutions. With a strong background in mechanical aptitude and experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Machining (CAM), you will work from blueprints and sketches to create or modify prototypes, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex tools and molds using CAD software
  • Operate lathes, grinders, milling, and boring machines to produce tools
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerances required to set up machines for tool production
  • Inspect and test machinery and equipment to ensure quality standards
  • Interface effectively with internal and external customers

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Tool & Mold/Die Maker
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, preferably MasterCAM
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machine tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
