Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Technology team, you will be responsible for implementing, expanding, defining, designing, configuring, and managing our Salesforce company-wide critical backbone.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be the point of contact for Salesforce Sales Cloud related Operations and Administration tasks. You will contribute to automating and improving Sales and Service business processes through standard Salesforce Core product configuration.

You will take leadership on specific inbound and proactively raised topics, promote Salesforce best practices, and ensure standards adoption. You will present solutions to problems and use your creativity to find solutions, leveraging collective intelligence.

Maintain high data quality and consistency, identifying and creating ad-hoc analysis and potential data fixes. Think proactively across the team and engage colleagues outside the team when needed.

Participate in the team daily and weekly prioritizing identified work packages through clearly defined baby steps.

Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional mainly on Sales processes
  • Mastering of the platform admin tasks, with the ability to configure objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Ability to assess the gap and impact of new requirements on current Salesforce implementation
  • Team player with the ability to communicate effectively on technical topics
  • Creative and analytical thinker with the capacity to challenge requirements and focus on delivery
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Certified 201 Salesforce Administrator a plus
