About This Role

Aloden, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineering Lead to spearhead our automation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks and solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality across our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement the overall automation strategy, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of the latest automation technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new tools and approaches.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Automation Experience: 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of performance testing and security testing tools and techniques. Industry certifications relevant to automation engineering (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester).
