Salary: $38.91 - $60.31 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to develop and oversee activities designed to promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist RN, you will stay informed of regulatory/standards changes and interpret their applicability across patient care, ancillary, and general departments.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes to manage the reporting, investigation, and resolution of regulatory issues. Additionally, you will guide action plan development, performance monitoring, and reporting when deficiencies are identified to reduce the risk of noncompliance.

Your collaboration with our team will involve identifying best practices, ensuring survey readiness, and preparing/delivering compliance communications and training throughout the organization. You must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing-approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Relevant life support certification as determined at position level
  • 4 years' clinical experience in a hospital setting, including experience with regulatory requirements
