Key Responsibilities:- We require our ideal candidate to call clients weekly to provide updates on their property listings, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality customer service ratings.
- The successful applicant will work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts from start to finish.
- This position demands a strong understanding of market conditions and local knowledge to secure the best possible deals for our clients through meticulous market analysis.
- The Property Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, including completing necessary paperwork, posting listings on MLS and social media, and implementing targeted marketing strategies for swift sales.
- This individual must maintain open communication channels with clients by sending regular reports on their listing status, thereby upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- A valid New York Real Estate License is mandatory for this position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for setting appointments over the phone and maintaining relationships with clients.
- The selected candidate should be proficient in using real estate CRM systems to safeguard client data and ensure efficient organization.
- Teamwork is critical in this role, as the successful candidate must believe in a collaborative environment where individual success contributes to the overall success of the team.
- This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while also contributing to the collective effort.
We offer a competitive salary range between $60,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
