Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-class customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality. Your primary focus will be on handling customer interactions, analyzing Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, and developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively
* Analyze NPS results to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
* Train and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in operations and sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies
* Leadership skills to effectively train and guide colleagues
