Industrial Maintenance Specialist

As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous performance of key equipment within our facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all industrial equipment within the facility
• Performing troubleshooting and necessary repairs on malfunctioning machines
• Contributing to the efficiency of the production line through regular maintenance
• Using advanced knowledge in PLC troubleshooting to identify and correct issues
• Conducting electrical maintenance tasks, specifically dealing with low voltage and 480v 3 phase power
• Welding and fabricating equipment within a food manufacturing plant
• Carrying out regularly scheduled maintenance on all processing and packaging equipment
• Promptly and effectively responding to any issues or breakdowns in the plant's food manufacturing equipment and facility utilities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting; knowledge of PLC programming is a plus
• Capability to handle electrical maintenance tasks, specifically dealing with low voltage and 480v 3 phase power on industrial equipment
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to conduct regular maintenance of industrial equipment
• Proficiency in identifying and repairing malfunctions to prevent equipment downtime
• Readiness to work in shifts
