About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Document Workflow Manager - Enterprise Solutions to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined workflows for our clients' document-intensive processes, ensuring seamless integration with our SDK technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement optimized document workflows, leveraging our SDK technology to enhance client experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their document management needs are met.
  • Analyze client data to identify areas for process improvement, driving efficiency and productivity enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve our services and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in document management, workflow optimization, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with our SDK technology and document management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
