As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with various medical conditions, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care to address their unique requirements
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advances in emergency nursing
