Clinical Nurse Practitioner

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care to patients with various conditions, treatments, and acuity levels.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient education and support to patients and their families, advocating for patient needs, and partnering with occupational and speech therapists to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Perform patient care tasks, delegate tasks, and supervise other patient care staff
- Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult with other healthcare team members as needed
- Demonstrate proficiency in policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
- A valid Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- A registered nurse (MO) license from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing
- An Associate Degree in Nursing
We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
