About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in Culver City, California and surrounding areas. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their communication and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students, promoting effective communication and language development.
  • Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure seamless support for students.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • California SLPA licensure or eligibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
