Healthcare Supervisor

This position requires a RN license in the state of practice and at least two years of long-term care supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to interact verbally with patients, visitors, and staff, as well as the ability to manage time and organize daily schedules to meet productivity standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As a Nurse Manager at Bethesda Health, you will be responsible for:

• Assigning staff according to policies and ensuring equal distribution of assigned duties
• Supporting teamwork and encouraging staff to provide resident care properly and in an acceptable time frame
• Completing rounds to assess residents and resident care, reporting concerns and needs to appropriate staff members in a professional and timely manner
• Receiving report from assigned charge nurses and completing a shift report for the Director of Nursing
