Job Title: Pediatric Speech Language Therapist

Job Summary:
THERAPY 2000 is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Therapist to join our team. As a Pediatric Speech Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to pediatric patients in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients' needs for therapy.
- Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
- Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients' caregivers.
- Collaborate and coordinate care between various providers and disciplines as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods.
- Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.

Requirements:
- Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
- Innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.

Bonus Points:
- 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a home-health setting.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
