Estimated Salary Range

$40.54 - $74.50 USD per hour, influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, certification(s), and education.


Job Overview

This role involves defining, developing, and monitoring standards of patient care and nursing practices, ensuring the availability and allocation of human and material resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, trend, and analyze data to identify best practices and performance improvements.
  • Support collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient care outcomes.
  • Coordinate unit operations and resource provision.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates may be considered in lieu of an education agreement.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement.
  • Certification in specialty field preferred.
  • Three years recent clinical experience in area of specialty preferred.
