Agile Team Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Facilitator to champion our transformation efforts.
In this role, you will help our organization build high-performing teams from the ground up, focusing on establishing fundamental agile ceremonies and practices that drive efficiency and predictability.
As a Scrum Master, you will mentor your teams to embrace agile principles and practices, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, empowerment, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agile practices and ceremonies to drive team collaboration and productivity.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment conducive to team success.
- Facilitate team discussions and decision-making processes, empowering teams to be self-organized and manage issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and align with dependencies and objectives.
- Drive process improvements and best practices with the team and across the organization.
- Coach and mentor teams and leaders on agile principles and practices, driving adoption and growth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable product features and user stories.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
