We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Professional Case Management.

About the Job:

  • As a Registered Nurse with Professional Case Management, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, advocating for your clients' needs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Your expertise in nursing practice, case management, and communication skills will enable you to effectively navigate complex healthcare systems and provide exceptional support to your clients.

Job Requirements:

  • You must be a licensed Registered Nurse in good standing with a strong background in nursing practice, case management, and communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
  • Current CPR certification is also required.
  • You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Reliable means of transportation is necessary for regular client visits.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000 per year
