Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing complex environmental due diligence projects for multinational private equity, corporations, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex due diligence projects involving multi-site portfolios and multi-person subject matter expert project teams.
  • Develop and execute due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards and other global protocols.
  • Help clients navigate transaction risks and find solutions to environmental issues, including EHS compliance, ESG impacts, and remediation.
  • Prepare concise due diligence reports and other deliverables that assess potential environmental liability risks.
  • Collaborate with TRC personnel and offices to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of transactional experience in environmental due diligence, with a strong background in ESG due diligence.
  • Experience managing and executing transactions in various sectors, including Industrials, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive attitude.
What We Offer
