  • Conducting thorough medical evaluations to determine donor suitability
  • BUILDING strong relationships with donors to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of care
  • Educating donors on potential health risks and providing guidance on general health
  • Managing donor-related incidents and injuries with professionalism and poise
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive training and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure and certification as an EMT or Paramedic

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
