Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement our child-centric therapy model in home, school, and community environments.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support clients in achieving individualized and meaningful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and clinical supervisors to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize safe and appropriate behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Collect and report data on client progress, using company-provided iPad technology.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and families to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
- Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background checks, as well as TB test or TB risk assessment (where applicable).
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transporting clients (use of public transportation approved for certain caseloads in San Francisco only).
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
