We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Nevins, Inc.

About the Role

This position plays a vital role in providing person-centered care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise individuals: Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during activities, breaks, lunch, and leisure on campus and in the community.
  • Teach techniques and skills: Provide individual or group instruction to teach techniques and skills, adapting materials and techniques as needed.
  • Monitor performance: Monitor the performance of each individual to ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations, noting behavior deviations and re-training individuals as necessary.
  • Implement individual goal plans: Implement individual goal plans and behavior programs, monitoring progress toward goals and reporting to the Program Manager quarterly or as indicated on the plan.
