Overview of Role

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Physical Therapist and Clinic Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care and service.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, Athletico offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • New Student Loan Repayment Program (30+ hours)

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist and Clinic Operations Manager at Athletico, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient treatment and employee management
  • Onboarding new employees and training current staff members
  • Reviewing treatment plans and contributing to the growth and success of the clinic
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
