Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Strategist

This role is responsible for driving the overall health and relationship strategy for designated Shields partner accounts by partnering with existing region leadership teams and cross-functional support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within partner hospitals, focusing on VP level and higher up to C-suite leaders.
  • Leverage knowledge of customer strategic goals and market standing to position Shields as a trusted business advisor.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the healthcare industry to connect key partner strategies to Shields' value proposition.
  • Validate Shields partnerships through delivery confirmation of contractual expectations and commitments.
  • Lead partner relations activities by developing and maintaining account plans for designated partner accounts.
  • Communicate and collaborate across Shields region teams and support functions to sustain and grow Shields partnerships.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com to track partner and account activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience selling into health systems and/or hospitals at VP and/or C-suite level via previous experience in a strategic account manager type of role.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information verbally and written to key partner decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated experience working with health system C-suite leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience working across a matrixed organization ensuring alignment with key regional leaders and other support functions.
  • Must be willing to travel to assigned partner accounts.
  • Optimal background may include time spent in healthcare consulting, strategic project management, or business development.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on location and industry standards.
