Project Engineer Role at Blue Team LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Roofing division at Blue Team LLC. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with operations and project managers to ensure project success
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Conduct site safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
  • Participate in Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Review and approve project documents, including drawings, specifications, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and legislation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Extensive knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Blue Beam, and Adobe Acrobat
