Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Healthcare Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic Advanced Wound Therapy Team. This full-time position will be based at our growing Houston Wound Care Practice. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, services, and solutions through strategic outreach and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted strategies for communicating our mobile wound care program to outside medical practices and entities to foster referral partnerships.
- Establish Restore First Health as the authority in mobile wound care, educating potential partners on our therapeutic approaches and advanced healing methods.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the Regional Director of Community Partnerships through effective marketing, community outreach, networking, educational events, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and efforts on the company's Outreach Tracker or CRM platform.
- Stay up-to-date on our wound care business, product offerings, capabilities, and value proposition for patients with chronic wounds.
- Collaborate with the business development and clinical teams to identify new strategies for reaching prospective patients and driving leads.
- Create customized marketing materials to support our clinical team.
- Foster success stories, white papers, and awareness of our solutions among existing customers.
- Support clinical programming and goals alongside the company's clinical team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, focusing on relationship and referral management in the Houston area. Experience in wound care is highly valued.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare and insurance regulations.
- Ability to travel within the Dallas, TX area and surrounding markets as required.
