**Job Overview**

Cantex is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Resident Nurse Aide Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan
  2. Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients
  3. Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures
  4. Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have an active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $18-$22/hour, as well as a range of benefits, including 401k with match, Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance, and more.
