Overview of Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding assigned quotas for Ormco products and solutions within their designated territory. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with orthodontists and their clinical teams, utilizing a consultative and educational sales approach to influence purchasing decisions. Additionally, they will conduct territory analysis and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, provide timely responses to customer inquiries, and manage expectations regarding product delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of related industry experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management. They should also be able to travel up to 30% overnight, proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive account utilization effectively, strong clinical and technical knowledge, demonstrated critical thinking and agile problem-solving skills, professional presence that influences stakeholders positively, and self-motivation with a high achievement drive and skills in business development are highly desirable attributes for this position.
