Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our caseworkers in investigating child abuse cases. This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the well-being of at-risk youth and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone inquiries from the public and provide information on department services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate case files, documents, and records.
  • Assist caseworkers in conducting investigations and gathering evidence.

Requirements

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent health benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
