Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Pediatric Dentist at Porter Dental & Braces, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry. You will work collaboratively with our team of experienced dentists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

You will have access to modern dental technologies, including digital x-ray and Panorex units, DentaPro software, and fiber-optic handpieces. Our office flow is designed to maximize efficiency and productivity, with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.

We offer a variety of schedule options to help maintain a healthy work-life balance, including part-time and flexible scheduling. We also provide relocation services and student loan repayment assistance for eligible candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, as well as a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.

You should have a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults, with a passion for working with kids and families. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
