Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Owen Health Care in Vauxhall, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to support individuals with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.

Our licensed clinicians and highly qualified professionals are trained to provide the highest quality, compassionate care.

Your role will involve providing high-quality behavioral support services to youth in need, developing personalized plans to address problem behaviors effectively, and guiding staff members in implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans. You will also be responsible for recording FBA and BSP for all cases on electronic health records on a quarterly basis.

We require a Master's degree in a healthcare/social service field, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in the State of NJ, and at least 2-3 years of management and/or supervisory experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. You should have proficient skills in completing comprehensive Functional Assessments and Behavior Support Plans, excellent organization and time management skills, and people management skills and the ability to network and manage a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
