About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our inpatient rehabilitation unit. As a Medical Rehabilitation Nurse, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans that address patients' goals and priorities.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate patient services.
  • Educational Support: Provide patients and their families with education on self-care techniques, medication management, and disease prevention.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in South Carolina or a qualifying compact state.
  • At least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field.
  • BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
