Responsibilities:

Supervise daily staff activities and determine staffing levels

Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff members

Assess the quality of services delivered and ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies

Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels

Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints

Requirements:

HS diploma required and Associates degree preferred

Certified or registered as a Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT or RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)

1 year of related experience

BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
