Salary and Benefits

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of medical care at ARCH, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in the most cost-effective way. This includes working with the Medical Director to identify opportunities to better serve the community, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, and participating in community service activities. As a primary care physician, you will deliver a range of ambulatory services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventative care, well-child care, minor surgical procedures, and occasional medical emergencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in family medicine, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and patient safety. A valid medical license and board certification in family medicine are required. We prefer candidates with experience working in an outpatient setting and a track record of providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
