Job Summary

Empath Health, a leading provider of healthcare services in Southwest Florida, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Tidewell Hospice House. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 29 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal and basic medical care services within the plan of care for patients, enhancing patient and family comfort
  • Educate patients and primary caregivers about personal care, patient positioning, and daily living
Requirements
  • Must have Florida State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Current CPR certification also required
  • Prior experience in hospice, home health, or acute-care settings preferred
