Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pro AV Senior Account Manager to join our team at Resideo. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers, building relationships, and understanding customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Manage and Plan Accounts: Manage and plan customer accounts to ensure maximum sales potential.
  • Negotiate and Close: Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
  • Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition: Articulate and deliver the value proposition to customers.
  • Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle: Manage momentum through the sales cycle to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Establish Rapport with Customers: Establish rapport with customers to build strong relationships.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Living within the sales territory of Detroit, Michigan, or Illinois is preferred.
