About the Role
A Housekeeping Specialist is needed for a Permanent Contract position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This role involves performing routine, terminal, and isolation cleaning on a timely basis, including high/low dusting, wall/ceiling/vent/lighting cleaning, and floor care.

Responsibilities
• Perform daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks in various areas of the healthcare facility, including emergency rooms, operating rooms, offices, public bathrooms, clinics, nurses stations, and exam rooms.
• Remove and transport trash and medical infectious waste to designated areas.
• Move furniture and other equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and standards.

Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, hearing, and comprehending English.
• Stable work history with jobs held for at least 6 months.
• Preferred six months of cleaning/housekeeping experience.
