We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our large-scale civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy civil construction, strong project management skills, and a background in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage all phases of civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Oversee project logistics, including procurement of materials and equipment
* Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
* Ensure project compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust as needed
* Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, forecasting, and controlling expenses
* Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
* Oversee quality control processes to ensure project meets or exceeds specifications

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 3 years in a project management role
* Strong knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
* Experience with estimating, budgeting, and cost control for large-scale projects
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
* Extensive knowledge of highway construction processes and standards
* Ability to interpret and understand construction plans and specifications
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
